By registering for any courses featured in The Ultimate LevelTM Online Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.


You understand that The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. will disclose to you during The Ultimate LevelTM Online Training Program certain confidential, copyrighted, trademarked, and/or proprietary information and materials owned by and/or relating to The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. and the Law Firm of Kavesh, Minor & Otis, Inc., including but not limited to their business practices, forms and procedures, seminar presentations and programs, marketing techniques and materials, and practice building strategies.

You understand that all such information and materials - - whether in tangible or intangible form - - that you receive and anything derivative therefrom are to be maintained by you as strictly confidential and are to be shared only with members of your own estate planning law practice and used only in the ordinary course of conducting that practice.  These materials may not be otherwise, either directly or indirectly through others, be used, disclosed, posted to the internet or on a listserve, or transferred in any manner to others without the prior express written consent of The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. and/or Kavesh, Minor & Otis, Inc. You agree to continue to use our copyright and trademark notices on all materials or to substitute your law firm name for ours followed by the words “under license”.  You also agree to do whatever reasonably requested by The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. to protect our copyright and trademarks.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with California law, may be amended only in writing, and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter.  Any disputes arising hereunder or concerning the subject matter of this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California in accordance with the Commercial Rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association; however, because you understand that any breach or threatened breach of this agreement may irreparably harm The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. and that we may elect to institute proceedings in any court of law (including federal court for copyright and/or trademark violations) to obtain an injunction and/or damages; and the prevailing party in such arbitration or other legal proceedings shall be entitled to recover all its costs and attorney fees relating in any way to preparing for or instituting such arbitration or other legal proceedings or negotiating towards a settlement of any dispute.


If you go through the entire course and are not completely satisfied with The Ultimate LevelTM and do not think that what you learned and take away from this program was worth your investment, you can request a full money-back guarantee.

However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

1.  You must currently be a licensed and practicing estate planning attorney.

2.  You must complete the entire course with consistent survey responses related to your reason for requesting a refund.

3.  Your refund request must be received in writing by our office within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please submit your refund request to us in writing by sending an e-mail to us at Once we have reviewed your request and determined that you meet the above requirements, we will refund you the registration fee you paid.  You can keep all of your notes and any program handouts and exhibits.
